PAST LIFE JOURNEYING

In a past life journeying session, I take you through a guided visualization. We begin with some simple breathing and relaxation exercises that put you into a deeply relaxed, but still conscious, state. This helps you bypass your rational mind and allows you to move into the state where Alpha and Theta brain waves occur. These are the same states as deep relaxation and light meditation in which intuition, creativity, and stored memories are easily accessed. My clients have found this technique to be fascinating, enjoyable, and one that provides some important insights.

 

During the journey I gently guide you through a past life narrative, asking questions about the things you are seeing, hearing, feeling, smelling, and tasting. People often ask if what they are seeing is really a past life, or if they are making it up. My answer is that it’s different for each person – you may be experiencing memories of a past life, tapping into the collective unconscious, or daydreaming. It doesn’t really matter, because in this state you are working from a place of pure intuition. All that matters is that the stories that arise during their past life journeyrelate to current issues they are working through, and can therefore provide valuable insights about their situation.

ABOUT ME

I hold a doctorate in developmental psychology from Fordham University, with a focus on Behavioral Health, and received my coaching certificate through the Institute for Life Coach Training. I have also studied Past Life Regression Therapy with Dr. Brian Weiss, herbalism with Susun Weed and Wild Routes Ireland, Pranashakti Healing with Guruji Arun, aromatherapy, mandalas for healing, shamanism with Dr. Alberto Villoldo & Marcela Lobos, EFT, and am a Registered Yoga Instructor. I am also a Usui Reiki Master Teacher, with over 15 years of experience, trained at the New York International Reiki Center. I was a Reiki volunteer for Inova Hospital's Life With Cancer Program and served on the advisory committee for The Center for Reiki Research, and am a member of the International Association of Reiki Practitioners.
