I have a life-long passion for helping people of all ages develop mind, body and spirit wellness, and do this through workshops, intuitive energy healing, and yoga classes designed to nourish all aspects of the individual.
I began my yoga and meditation journey at age 11, after which time I practiced many different styles, on and off until 2004, when a friend introduced me to Bikram Yoga. I was a hot yoga devotee until 2010, when I discovered vinyasa flow, a fluid style of yoga that I found both enjoyable and challenging. Wanting to share my love of yoga and meditation with others, in 2017, I completed my 200-hour vinyasa yoga teacher training and 20-hour children’s yoga training. I enjoy teaching people of all ages, abilities, and levels of experience.
Called to be a healer long before then, I completed my PhD in Developmental Psychology in 2002, focusing on how bio-psycho-social-spiritual factors influence healthy human development throughout the lifespan. My philosophy is that everyone is born whole, healthy, and complete, but sometimes we don’t thrive the way we should if there is a mismatch between our environment and our true self. When we find that core self, we are able to live a richer life, one in which we don’t feel as if we are constantly swimming against the tide.
I am a registered yoga teacher (RYT200), Certified Life Coach, and have studied herbalism, shamanism (Celtic and Peruvian), Past Life Regression, Pranashakti Healing, medical intuition, and more. I have been offering wellness workshops, in a variety of settings, on various mind-body-spirit topics since 2003. I am the author of “Growing Toward Balance: Achievable Ideas for Bringing Harmony to Your Mind, Body, and Spirit” and “It’s Your Time Now: What Will You Do With It?”
For now, I am offering my classes and energy healing online via Zoom.
With Love, Light, and Gratitude,
