Purification: Guided Meditation Energy Healing

In order to manifest the things you want for yourself and those you love, it is important to let go of things that weigh you down, by freeing yourself from the energetic hold of people or situations that no longer serve you. Join us for this guided relaxation/guided meditation/energy healing event, where you will have an opportunity to release some of the thoughts, feelings, or energies that no longer serve you. Past participants have called these events “extremely relaxing,” “heavenly,” "beautiful," and “a quintessential healing experience.”

During this one-hour guided group relaxation, guided meditation, and energy healing session, I will lead the group through some breathing and relaxation techniques, followed by a guided meditation or guided visualization. I then offer 30-35 minutes of enjoyable, relaxing, energy healing. Participants sit comfortably or lie down, and just receive the healing energy. 

Sessions will be offered monthly, on the second Friday at 7pm ET. All are welcome. This event is being held on a sliding scale basis, suggested exchange $10-$30. Pay what you can.

This 60-minute healing session will be live streamed via Zoom. Once you register, the login info will be mailed to you. Registration ends 60 minutes before the session beings.

Your Facilitator: Mary Hoyt Kearns, founder and president of Your Stellar Self, LLC, is an intuitive coach, energy healer, author, and modern-day mystic with a passion for working with people of all ages to develop mind, body and spirit wellness. She is a strong advocate for heart-centered business practices. Mary earned a PhD in Developmental Psychology from Fordham University, is a Reiki Master Teacher, Certified Life Coach, and has also studied herbalism, past life regression, and various shamanistic traditions.
