Streaming Lunchtime Slow Flow Vinyasa

Service Description

This 60-minute, all-levels vinyasa flow class is being live streamed via Zoom. Once you register, the login info will be mailed to you. Registration ends 1 hour before class. This class is being offered on a sliding scale. Pay what you can. You can send payments via PayPal (https://www.paypal.me/mhkearns) or Venmo (Mary-Kearns-2), or email me (mary@yourstellarself.com) for my mailing address is you prefer to pay by check. A few minutes before the class: • Set-up your home practice space. It doesn’t have to be a big space – just enough room for your mat and to stretch out your arms and legs. • Give yourself time to download the Zoom app to your computer before you login to the class. (You can learn how to use Zoom by watching this video https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362193-How-Do-I-Join-A-Meeting) • No one will be able to see or hear you, unless you choose to unmute yourself and enable video. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that time, your payment is non-refundable, although it can be applied to a future appointment. As a courtesy to other clients, if you arrive late, you will not receive an extension of your scheduled time unless my schedule permits. If you are more than 15 minutes than the beginning of your scheduled appointment, your session will be cancelled without a refund. Thank you.
