Service Description

I am a coach and wellness consultant who loves helping people find their inner Wisdom Keeper. I believe that, at their core, everyone is whole, healthy, and capable. We just need help sometimes to excavate and see that sparkly genius hiding inside ourselves! In these 60-minute one-on-one sessions, I work with you using a combination of life coaching, energy work, and intuitive reading to help you get to the core of what is keeping you stuck. This listing is for a single coaching session with Mary Hoyt Kearns, PhD. About Mary: My mission in life to help people discover and nourish their Inner Light, and to teach them how to heal themselves. I am the founder of Your Stellar Self, a wellness practice whose mission is to bring Light, Love, and Healing to the world by supporting mind body spirit wellness through workshops, yoga instruction, and energy healing. I have a PhD in lifespan developmental psychology, with a focus on Behavioral Health. I'm also a Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Life Coach, Usui Reiki Master, and have studied herbalism, shamanism (Celtic and Peruvian), Christian Mysticism, Past Life Regression, Pranashakti Healing, medical intuition, and much more. I have been offering wellness workshops and talks on various mind-body-spirit topics since 2003.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that time, your payment is non-refundable, although it can be applied to a future appointment. As a courtesy to other clients, if you arrive late, you will not receive an extension of your scheduled time unless my schedule permits. If you are more than 15 minutes than the beginning of your scheduled appointment, your session will be cancelled without a refund. Thank you.
